About Al Kugel

Reading this memorial page for Al should give you an idea of his massive contributions to military postal history.

Al supplied many of his exhibits and articles for posting on this website. After his passing, the MPHS has worked on a project to place scans of all available exhibits that he created on the website. This web page will be the electronic "Kugel Room", containing all known references to his work, including those items on the MPHS website.

Al Kugel's Exhibits

As of 10 July 2026, we have 48 exhibits posted, containing just over 3,900 exhibit pages. We estimate that all scanned exhibits will number about 8,000 pages. As each new exhibit is processed it will be listed on this page.

An interactive Table of Contents (partially populated) is available for searching the titles of the exhibits.
